and coming together across a five-week cultural programme at

The evening and weekend programme is shaped to forge deeper awareness and
relationship with the living wisdom of the body and the land, engaging with
foundational subjects that sustain life as we know it.

Intimate quiet spaces, enveloping sound and scent-scapes of local plants,
and diverse offerings from the land, shape a sanctuary that is open during
the day for anyone to ‘re-root’ into presence.
Sense Ability is a space designed with immense care, in reciprocal
response to the deeper needs of a fast-paced urban environment,
creating a space that nurtures deep listening and supports
intentional pausing.
